Rosary and Novena in honour of the Mare de Déu de Loreto in the church of Duanes (separate programme). On the first day of the Novena there will be the blessing of the bell that once rang in the old chapel of Duanes, restored at the expense of the Comissió de Festes as a heritage symbol of the neighbourhood, and which will from now on remain inside the church.

Traditional Dance Workshop in the playground of the Port de Xàbia school, so that everyone can learn the steps and take part in the 4th Dansà Vora Mar. In collaboration with Grup de Danses Portitxol.

Prize-giving of the 33rd Dionís Henarejos Crespo Children's Drawing Contest on Avenida Lepanto. Followed by the family show Festa menuda, festa gran. The Comissió de Festes will hand out ice creams for all the children.

COMEDY NIGHT on Avenida Lepanto. The Comissió de Festes theatre group, TOT RIST, will perform the hilarious one-act play Tot lo que relluix... by the great Valencian playwright Paco Barchino, first staged in 1926 at the Salón Novedades in Valencia. Bar service with sandwiches available.

The residents of Duanes put the finishing touches to the decoration of their streets and balconies. The traders' association XÀBIA PORT and the Comissió de Festes encourage everyone to take part in the 8th DECORATED STREETS AND BALCONIES CONTEST: €200 and €100 for the top two street prizes, and €100 and €50 for the balcony prizes, the latter redeemable in shops belonging to Xàbia Port. The rules are in the 2026 Festival Book and on the social media of the Comissió and Xàbia Port.

Straight afterwards, the show EL FOC DE LA MAR: a correfoc (fire run) by XARXA TEATRE. Joan Miró's aesthetic plunges the night into the Mediterranean roots of fire, sea and music. It starts on Avenida Lepanto and runs along Calle Virgen de Loreto, Toni Llidó and Doctor Fleming to Paseo Jaume I.
