Duanes de la Mar kicks off the Mare de Déu de Loreto Festivities with the presentation of its mayorales

The coastal district of Duanes de la Mar celebrated one of its most prominent evenings with the official presentation ceremony of the Festes de la Mare de Déu de Loreto, an event marking the formal start of the port of Xàbia patron saint celebrations.\n\nThe ceremony served to publicly introduce this year’s protagonists, the mayorales and mayoralesas: Fátima, Juanma, Mónica, Guillermo, Javier, Francesca, Míriam, Sergio, and Noa, who will represent the festival throughout all scheduled events.\n\nThe Ajuntament de Xàbia and community representatives commended the ongoing dedication of the Comissió de Festes de la Mare de Déu de Loreto, whose members work throughout the entire year to organize the cultural, musical, traditional, and religious programme in the port area.
